Frequently asked questions

Which streaming platforms do Mystix overlays work with?
Every overlay is a browser source, so they work in OBS Studio, Streamlabs and any streaming software with browser sources, whether you stream on Twitch, YouTube or Kick.
What do I need to use the overlays?
A Mystix account, the Mystix plugin from the RuneLite Plugin Hub, and creator access. The overlays follow your OSRS account live from RuneLite.
How do viewers show their drops on my stream?
They type your chat command, !mystix by default. Your chat bot replies with your join link, they paste their Mystix App Key there (never in chat), and their rare drops show on your stream until it ends. Mystix never reads your chat.
Do signups from my chat count as my referrals?
Yes. New players who sign up from your join link get your referral code applied automatically, and anyone who joins with your code and connects RuneLite counts toward your referral goal.
How do I become a Mystix Affiliate?
Reach 20 referrals and open a General ticket in the Mystix Discord. Affiliates earn dollars instead of Mystix Member points for every player they refer.
What is a Mystix Partner?
The rank above Affiliate, at 100 referrals. You keep earning dollars per referral, and whenever you go live you're pinned to the top of every player's notifications in the Mystix app with a Watch button that opens your stream.
