Refund Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This policy covers Mystix Member purchases (monthly, annual and lifetime). Mystix is operated by Split Shift LLC. Who handles your refund depends on where you bought your membership.

  • On the web (web.mystix.app): refunds are handled by Paddle. See Section 1.
  • In the iOS app: refunds are handled by Apple. See Section 2.
  • In the Android app: refunds are handled by Google. See Section 2.

1. Web Purchases (Paddle)

Memberships bought on the web are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues your receipt and processes refunds, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to your order.

1.1 14-day refund window

You can ask for a full refund of any web payment within 14 days of the date you were charged. This covers a new monthly, annual or lifetime purchase, the first payment after a free trial ends, and a renewal payment.

1.2 Free trials

You are not charged during a free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you forget, the first payment is covered by the 14-day window above.

1.3 How to request a refund

  • Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund there; or
  • Email support@mystix.app with the email address on the order, and we will ask Paddle to refund it.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Paddle sends them right away, but your bank or card issuer can take 5 to 10 business days to show the money. When a payment is refunded, the membership it paid for ends.

1.4 After 14 days

After 14 days we do not refund partly used billing periods. You can cancel at any time from the Membership screen in the web app, which stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge, email us and we will sort it out.

2. App Store and Google Play Purchases

Purchases made inside the Mystix mobile app are billed by Apple or Google. Mystix cannot see or refund those payments, so refunds follow the store's own policy.

3. Cancelling Is Not a Refund

Cancelling a subscription turns off automatic renewal. It does not refund payments already made. To get money back, request a refund as described above. To cancel a web subscription, open the Membership screen in the web app and use the billing portal. To cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, use your device's subscription settings.

4. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
