How to Request a Refund

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Where you request a refund depends on where you paid. Pick the place you bought Mystix and we'll walk you through it.

Not sure? Search your email for your receipt. Apple receipts come from Apple, Google Play receipts from Google, and web receipts from Paddle. A card charge from Paddle shows as PADDLE.NET on your statement.

App Store

Bought in the iPhone or iPad app

Apple handled your App Store payment, so your refund request goes to them. It takes a few minutes, and if you get stuck, email support@mystix.app and we'll help however we can.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you paid with.
  2. Choose I'd like to, then Request a refund.
  3. Pick the reason that fits best, then Next.
  4. Select your Mystix subscription or Lifetime purchase, then Submit.

Describe what happened in your own words. For example: Mystix was removed from the RuneLite Plugin Hub, so the app no longer works the way it did when you paid. Apple usually replies within 24 to 48 hours, and you can follow your request under Check Status of Claims.

If your purchase isn't listed

  • Check you're signed in with the Apple Account that paid. Searching your email for "receipt from Apple" shows which account it was.
  • A charge marked Pending can't be refunded until it clears, so try again in a day or two.

If it's still not listed, or Apple declines

Contact Apple Support directly. Open Apple Support for Billing and Subscriptions, or use the Apple Support app, and ask to chat with or call an advisor. Explain the same thing you wrote above and ask them to review a refund for your Mystix purchase. We've already told Apple what happened to Mystix, which should help your request get approved.

Renewals are already stopped

We've cancelled every Mystix subscription on every platform, so you won't be charged again and you don't need to cancel anything yourself. Cancelling doesn't refund payments you've already made, so follow the steps above if you'd like your money back.

Google Play

Bought in the Android app

Within 48 hours of paying

You can ask Google directly:

  1. Go to play.google.com and sign in with the Google account you paid with.
  2. Open Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history.
  3. Find your Mystix order, choose Report a problem and follow the steps to request a refund.

After 48 hours

After 48 hours, Google passes refund requests to us. Email support@mystix.app and we'll take care of it through Google Play. Include:

  • The email address on your Mystix account.
  • Your Google Play order number, if you have it. It usually starts with GPA. and is in the receipt email from Google Play, or under Budget & order history.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. Google says most refunds arrive within 10 business days.

Web (Paddle)

Bought on web.mystix.app, receipt from Paddle

Paddle.com is our payment partner for web purchases (our merchant of record), so you can ask them for a refund directly, or ask us and we'll do it for you.

  1. Go to paddle.net and choose Look up my purchase.
  2. Enter the email address you used at checkout, then open the confirmation link Paddle emails you.
  3. Choose your Mystix order, then Request refund.

To ask us instead, email support@mystix.app with the email address on the order and we'll request the refund from Paddle for you. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Web (Stripe)

Bought on web.mystix.app, no Paddle receipt

Web payments taken through Stripe are being refunded automatically, starting October 8, 2026. You don't need to do anything, and your Stripe subscription has already been cancelled, so you won't be charged again.

Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund. If a refund that started early shows up as a reversal, the original charge simply disappears from your statement instead of a separate credit appearing.

Haven't seen your refund?

  1. Email support@mystix.app with the email address on your Mystix account and the date and amount of the charge. We'll look into it with you.
  2. If it still hasn't arrived, contact your bank or card issuer and ask them to trace the refund.

Still stuck?

We're happy to help. Email support@mystix.app with the email address on your Mystix account, where you paid, and the date and amount of the charge, and we'll sort it out with you. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
