Strategy

To fight Cave Horrors, you must first complete Cabin Fever to access the Mos Le'Harmless Cave. Wearing a Witchwood Icon is crucial if you plan to melee them without prayer, otherwise, Protect from Melee will negate all damage and allow you to use a stronger amulet. Always bring a light source, as they deal extra damage without one. Ranged is generally faster due to their low HP, with the magic shortbow (i) or toxic blowpipe being excellent choices. Consider using a dwarf multicannon for faster kills, especially in the specific cannon spots that allow you to safespot them while they attack the cannon. Safespots using the environment are also viable, especially with ranged gear.
